PURPOSE: An underwater barricade device is provided to damage the combat ability of a ship by damaging a screw function since fiber yarn is entangled with the screw of the ship. CONSTITUTION: An underwater barricade device comprises a plurality of weight members(20), a float(30), and second fiber yarns(72). The weight members are connected through first fiber yarns(71). If the weight members are put in the water, the float flats on or in the water. One end of the second fiber yarn is connected to the weight members or the first fiber yarn. The other end of the second fiber yarn is wound around the float.
