FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely dentistry and aims at increasing the volume of an atrophied alveolar crest in an anterior upper jaw during dental implantation required by the atrophied alveolar crest. At the first stage under an infiltration anaesthesia, Y-frenuloplasty of a frenulum of upper lip is performed to create a rhomboid wound. At the second stage, dead-end submucosal and subperiosteal tunnels are formed. Prior to the submucosal tunnel is formed, the submucosal muscles are moved upwards, and the periosteum is dissected horizontally at a base of the moved muscles. The subperiosteal tunnel is formed by making a median vertical incision of an alveolar process through the rhomboid wound. At the third stage, the procedure involves alveolar process decortication from vestibular side, and a bone material is introduced into the subperiosteal tunnel. It is followed by vestibuloplasty by fixing the mucosa and the periosteum to the bone at the desired depth, and the periosteum and the rhomboid wound are closed vertically. ^ EFFECT: method provides the increased volume of the atrophied alveolar crest in the anterior upper jaw ensured by single-step osteoplasty and vestibuloplasty combined with frenuloplasty to create a large subperiosteal space for introduction of the bone material. ^ 9 dwg |
