PURPOSE: A composition for cleaning flat panel display is provided to have excellent removing force of organic pollutants and particles, and to be easy to handle by including a plurality of a large amount of deionized water. CONSTITUTION: A composition for cleaning flat panel display comprises 0.01-20 weight% of fluorine-containing compound, 0.1-40 weight% of water-soluble organic solvent, 0.01-20 weight% of carboxylic acid based copolymer and water on the basis of total weight of the composition. The fluorine-containing compound is selected from hydrofluoric acid, ammonium fluoride, ammonium hydrogen fluoride, tetramethyl ammonium fluoride, tetraethyl ammonium fluoride, fluroboric acid, and fluorobenzen. |
