<p>PURPOSE: A high purity ammonia onsite manufacturing method and a manufacturing device thereof are provided to supply high purity ammonia to users through online, thereby reduce investment cost and distribution cost and stability of product supplies. CONSTITUTION: An onsite manufacturing device of high purity ammonia comprises raw material storage tanks(2) which primarily refines raw materials using distillation by stabilizing low purity liquid ammonia material, a first heat exchanger(4) which liquefying the primarily refined raw materials; first re-boilers(5) which secondly refine raw materials using distillation by stabilizing the first refined liquid ammonia materials, absorbers(6,7) which thirdly refines the secondly refined raw materials by absorption and includes a first tube for hydrogen sulfide adsorption and a second tube for carbon dioxide absorption, a second heat exchanger(8) which liquefying the thirdly refined raw material, a second re-boiler(9) which fourthly refines raw materials using distillation by stabilizing the thirdly refined liquid ammonia materials, and product storage tanks which fifthly refine raw materials using distillation by stabilizing the fourthly refined liquid ammonia materials.</p> |
