摘要 <p>The fuse (1) comprises a tubular body (2), a central insulation bar (4) that is arranged in the tubular body along a longitudinal axis of the tubular body and comprises a central crossing opening (41), a conducting fuse element (9) that is arranged on the insulation bar and extends between longitudinal ends (1b) of the fuse, a striker assembly arranged at a longitudinal end of the fuse along an axis of the striker parallel to the longitudinal axis of the tubular body, and a conducting thread arranged in the center hole of the bar. The fuse (1) comprises a tubular body (2), a central insulation bar (4) that is arranged in the tubular body along a longitudinal axis of the tubular body and comprises a central crossing opening (41), a conducting fuse element (9) that is arranged on the insulation bar and extends between longitudinal ends (1b) of the fuse, a striker assembly arranged at a longitudinal end of the fuse along an axis of the striker parallel to the longitudinal axis of the tubular body, and a conducting thread arranged in the center hole of the bar that extends between the longitudinal ends of the fuse and is connected with the striker assembly by a connecting unit. The striker assembly comprises fixed elements, moving elements able to move horizontally along the axis of the striker with respect to fixed elements outside the end of the fuse during triggering of the striker assembly, a spring that is arranged for triggering the striker assembly and is arranged between the fixed and moving elements, and tension units that are able to exert a constraint of tension (Ft) on the spring and to relax the tension constraint during triggering of the striker assembly. The tension units comprise a trigger wire that is fused in case overload of current, and a conductive solder connecting an element for holding the trigger wire with an element that is attached to the conductor wire or a moving element in that the solder is fused in case of prolonged temperature rise at the striker assembly and in that the softening or melting of the solder has the effect of relaxing the constraint of traction (Ft) on the spring. An end of the trigger wire is rigidly fixed in a rivet to conduct electrical current between the trigger wire and a fixed element of the striker assembly. The traction unit of the spring comprises a hook that is arranged at a movable end of the spring with a loop of the trigger wire that passes in the hook by applying the tensile stress (Ft) on the spring, a first deformable tube, and a second conducting deformable tube. Each first and second conducting deformable tubes has a tubular part and a flattened part in that the end of the conducting thread is set between two opposite walls in the tubular part of the first tube and in that the end of the trigger wire is embedded and set in the solder arranged between the two flattened sides of tubes, which maintain a tension on the end of the trigger wire by the solder and crimping. The solder is adapted to release the tension between the flattened portions of tubes and to release the end of the trigger wire by softening or by melting.</p>
