<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem in a conventional heat pump cooling/heating system: a system using outside air as a heat source is the mainstream, and therefore the system does not sufficiently function in the cold district of low outside air temperature, and the district suited for use are restricted to a warm district. <P>SOLUTION: Three free flows are mounted in a refrigerant pipe circuit, consequently the circulation circuit of a refrigerant is shortened, a simultaneous hot water supply operation upon cooling is operated, one of the three free flows "open" for several seconds and the remaining two free flows are in a "closed" state just before starting simultaneous hot water supply operation upon cooling, and the heat recovery is achieved by recovering the remaining refrigerant in a heat exchanger for ventilation to a water heat exchanger as much as possible via a four-way valve. At the same time, by automatically opening/closing an electric shutter linked with a sensor sensing in a predetermined outside air temperature range connected to the heat exchanger for ventilation thereby optimally mixing the outer air with exhaust heat of a house, a heat pump system efficiently operable even in the cold districts is achieved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
