PURPOSE: A method for measuring movement and speed of a single static image acquired by an interlace scanning manner is provided to separate a static object and a moving object in an image and measure the change of the movement of each object. CONSTITUTION: A normal frame is acquired by digitizing signals inputted in an interlace scanning manner. Even numbered frames and odd numbered frames are separated from each other. One frame is partitioned at regular intervals vertically and horizontally and is separated to a small image patch. The match point of the patch between two frames is searched. The other frame to which the patch belongs is scanned, thereby searching the match point of each patch. If two or more patches which find the match point have the similar moving direction and size and are adjacent to each other, the two or more patches are determined as one object. |
