<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable sure attachment of a brush to a shaft body. <P>SOLUTION: In a groove section 20 of the shaft body 7, pressing parts 22A and 23A are provided partially in groove wall parts 22 and 23 holding a groove space 21 between, while projecting parts 24 are provided in lateral sides 21A and 21B. At the time of assembling a brush section 3 with a shaft, the brush 8 is inserted into the shaft body 7 from the direction of opening in such a manner that a trunk-like part 8B is fitted to the groove space 21 of the groove section 20, and then the pressing parts 22A and 23A are deformed so that the inner surfaces of the pressing parts 22A and 23A may be put over the trunk-like part 8B.
