<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wristband produced inexpensively using a label form structure, accurately and readily positioning a breaking cut portion for especially preventing fraudulent use, to bonded portions at both ends, accurately cut off when the bonded portion is temporarily separated intentionally for the fraudulent use, and hard to restore to its original state. <P>SOLUTION: The wristband is formed with the breaking cut portion 11and bonding position-checking marks 15 and 16 in wrapped areas 6 and 7 positioned at right and left ends of a printed area 5. One of a first wrapped area 6 and a second wrapped area 7 is formed with the breaking cut portion 11. An adhesive layer on the back side of the first wrapped area 6 or the second wrapped area 7 is bonded to the second wrapped area 7 or the first wrapped area 6 in an overlapping manner, and formed into an annular shape.
