<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric energy management system capable of accurately determining the presence/absence of stealing electricity. <P>SOLUTION: Admittance or impedance at a plurality of positions in the same power line is investigated and it is determined whether stealing electricity occurs based on the investigation. In particular, each admittance or impedance is calculated based on electric quantity information measured by each of watthour meters. The electric quantity information measured at a high-order spot and at a plurality of low-order spots in the same power line has a fixed corresponding relationship, so that the admittance or the impedance calculated based on the electric quantity information also has a fixed corresponding relationship. For example, the admittance or the impedance at a high-order spot should be matched with an equivalent value of the admittance or the impedance at a low-order spot. Therefore, while considering an electric quantity measurement error or the like, it is confirmed whether or not the difference is settled within an allowable range, thereby accurately determining the presence/absence of the stealing electricity. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
