<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for reducing an operation amount when three-dimensional image data is generated. <P>SOLUTION: A digital camera 1 generates three-dimensional image data 30 from a plurality of pieces of two-dimensional image data. A memory card 20 records photographing image data 21-24 and pieces of photographing condition information 21A-24A that each indicate photographing conditions of the photographing image data 21-24. In the digital camera 1, a space information generating unit 151 generates pieces of photographic space information 21B-24B that indicate photographic spaces of the photographing image data 21-24 by using the pieces of photographing condition information 21A-24A. A used image selecting unit 152 checks overlapping of photographic spaces 21D-23D of the photographing image data 21-23 with one another based on the pieces of photographic space information 21B-24B.
