<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extension tool for a stud bolt, the tool capable of preventing loosening after attachment to a stud bolt. <P>SOLUTION: The extension tool 10 includes: a male screw portion 24 formed at one end 10a; a rod type tool body 20 formed at the other end 10b and including a female screw portion 26 to be fitted to a stud bolt 14; an engaging portion 28 formed on the outer circumferential face of the tool body 20 and to be engaged with a tool that turns the tool body 20; and a turning prevention portion 30 hooking the stud bolt 14 fitted to the female screw portion 26 so as to prevent turning of the tool body 20.
