The present invention relates to a medical communication device for central remote monitoring which is installed in a PMS or a central monitoring device to wirelessly transmit a vital sign of the patient collected by the PMS to the central monitoring device. The device of the present invention converts the digital frame format of the vital sign of the patient collected by the PMS into an analog signal and merges the analog signal into a local oscillation frequency signal generated in accordance with the channel information of the transmission frequency band channel which includes a selection signal so as to generate an RF signal for wireless transmission.
