<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need for strict size design and size control for a screen pack and a cartridge in a screen unit. <P>SOLUTION: The screen unit 1 includes: a cylindrical cartridge 13 in which a plurality of communication through-holes 12 allowing resin to flow from the outside to the inside are provided at an outer circumferential surface of a support part 15 formed so as to have a constant outer diameter; and a cylindrical screen pack 14 having a mesh for filtering resin and supported by the support part 15 of the cartridge 13 by being mounted so as to cover the cartridge 13 from the outside. An inclined tapered engagement surface 21 having a diameter increased toward a base end side is formed on an outer circumference closer to the base end side than to an outer circumferential surface of the support part 15 in the cartridge 13. The screen pack 14 has a base end opened, and an engaged surface 22 pressed from the top end side toward the base end side and contactable along the engagement surface 21 of the cartridge 13 is formed on an inner circumference at the base end side of the screen pack 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
