<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply keywords facilitating classification of similar images to each image, according to a hobby and a taste of a user. <P>SOLUTION: A feature amount extraction circuit 15 extracts a feature amount from an input image, a class classification processing circuit 16 performs class classification on the feature amount extracted in the feature amount extraction circuit 15, and a classification frequency measurement circuit 18 measures frequency of the class classification classified in the class classification processing circuit 16.
