<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission power control method and a mobile station, in a radio communications system, performing transmission power control without excessive increase or decrease of a transmission power value. <P>SOLUTION: A mobile station controls transmission power according to transmission power control information from a base station requiring increase or decrease of the transmission power. In the mobile station; an off-set value comparison part 1 detects that the transmission power of the mobile station exceeds a maximum value off-set or a minimum value off-set which are apart from the transmission power maximum value and the transmission power minimum value by prescribed off-set values respectively, a frame number counter 5 monitors a prescribed period corresponding to a processing delay of transmission power control between the base station and the mobile station when the transmission power of the mobile station exceeds the maximum value off-set or the minimum value off-set, and an indefinite period state management part 6 controls transmission so as to be performed with constant transmission power by making a mask part 7 mask the transmission power control information from the base station in the period. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
