<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a snow remover capable of surely scraping and blowing snow with a safe and simple configuration even when the snow has a high water content. <P>SOLUTION: A snow remover is provided with a rotation body 3 which is driven by a motor 2, a driving section, and rotates around a horizontal axis to remove snow. The rotation body 3 rotates in a direction from up to down at a front side of the snow remover. The snow remover also has a hood 20 to guide snow scraped by the rotation body 3 upward from behind the rotation body 3 along a rotation of the rotation body 3.
