<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an inexpensively manufacturable structure having an excellent handling characteristic, without separating mutual respective constituting members even in a state before being incorporated into a rotary support part, in the structure having all of a pair of radial raceway surfaces and a pair of thrust raceway surfaces. <P>SOLUTION: A first radial bearing ring 4a and a first thrust bearing ring 8a are integrated. Among these, the first thrust bearing ring 8a and a second thrust bearing ring 10a are inseparably combined via a thrust retainer 12a. A part of the second radial bearing ring 5a is sandwiched between a thrust collar part 17 formed in the first radial bearing ring 4a and a backup race 15a attached to the first thrust bearing ring 8a, to check displacement in the axial direction of both radial bearing rings 4a and 5a.
