<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for cutting a wire rod, by which required driving force of a driving part is reduced, and which is made compact. <P>SOLUTION: The device 1 for cutting a wire rod includes: a transferring part where the wire rod M is intermittently transferred by predetermine length; a cutter part 2 which has a fixed blade 21 and a movable blade 22 and by which the transmitted wire rod M is cut; and a driving part 3 by which the movable blade 22 of the cutter part 2 is driven, wherein the device 1 further includes a positive cam mechanism 4 which is constituted of a plurality of sets of cams and cam followers and drives the movable blade 22 in a reciprocative manner between the movable blade 22 and the driving part 3 of the cutter part 2 by the drive force of the driving part 3. Furthermore, it is preferable that the positive cam mechanism 4 has: the main slide cam 5 and a secondary slide cam 6 which are driven in a reciprocative manner by the driving part 3; a cam lever 7 which has the main cam follower 73 which comes into sliding-contact with the main slide cam 5 and the secondary cam follower 76 which comes into sliding-contact with the secondary slide cam 6, wherein the cam lever is oscillated; and a connecting lever 8 with which the cam lever 7 and the movable blade 22 are connected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
