<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the deterioration of the waterproof performance of a housing in a wiring harness including the waterproof housing that encloses an end part of a flat cable even when force is applied to the flat cable in a manner to twist the flat cable. <P>SOLUTION: In a wiring harness 1, a partition member 50 is a non-elastic body in which a through hole 51 is formed along an outer peripheral surface of an end part 11 of a flat cable 10 and which has an edge part in contact with a stepped part 213 on the inner side of a cylindrical part 21 of a housing 20. A lid member 30 is a non-elastic body in which a through hole 31 is formed along the outer peripheral surface of the end part 11 of the flat cable 10 and which covers an inlet port 211 of the cylindrical part 21. A waterproof member 40 is an elastic body in which a though hole 41 in close contact with the outer peripheral surface of the end part 11 of the flat cable 10 is formed and which fills an area between the partition member 50 and the lid member 30 on the inner side of the cylindrical part 21.
