The invention relates to the use of a peptidic pea extract as an active antioxidant. The pea extract is contained in a cosmetic composition intended for hair care. More specifically, the aforementioned composition is intended to limit the impact of damage caused by UV rays and oxidative stress. The invention also relates to multiple non-therapeutic treatment methods that use said composition.
