<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discharge gas from the inside of a bipolar secondary battery easily, and inject an electrolyte to the bipolar secondary battery easily. <P>SOLUTION: A bipolar secondary battery housed in an exterior member is made up of a laminated separator (3), a negative electrode (5), a positive electrode (4), and a collector (6), and include a sealed laminate (2) on a side surface along a lamination direction.
