<p>The present invention discloses a method, system and service control point for implementing call restriction services, wherein the method includes: dividing users into groups, and setting call restriction attributes for the groups; when a group member user in the group is involved in a call service, restricting the call service of the group member user according to the call restriction attribute of the group which the group member user belongs to. The present invention respectively performs restrictions on communication objects, communication time and communication locations for a group member user as a calling party, as a called party or in a forwarding procedure, facilitates to set calling permission conditions according to multiple kinds of call restriction requirements of the group, provides a flexible and effective call restriction solution for call restriction group users, and has a good effect on keeping and attracting call restriction group users for operators, thus having very high economic and technical value.</p> |
