<p>The apparatus (100) has two holding devices (101, 102) comprising retaining openings and holding elements (103, 104). The holding devices are designed such that two regions (114, 115) of an outer surface (113) of a container (110) are retained in the respective retaining openings. Two front ends (111, 112) of the container are equipped with the respective holding elements, so that the container is fixed in the transport apparatus during transportation. The front ends of the container are connected by the outer surface. A coupling element (106) couples the apparatus to a transport vehicle.
