PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce processing load in a peer-to-peer information communication system including a plurality of node devices mutually connected through a communication path by preventing connection of an illicit node device contained in an expiration list and avoiding execution of useless processing. SOLUTION: The node device in the information communication system formed through participation of a plurality of node devices mutually connected through a communication path comprises an expiration list storage means which stores an expiration list containing information of a node device in which participation qualification to the information communication system is expired; an information holding node storage means which stores location information of a node device holding predetermined information; a request response means which fetches, in response to a request from the other node device, location information of the node device holding the predetermined information from the information holding node storage means and transmitting it to the other node device; and an information holding node deletion means which deletes the location information of the node device contained in the expiration list from the information holding node storage means.
