FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming , particularly, to machining equipment incorporating bending, coiling and assembling components. Case is assembled with worm and coupler outside of semiautomatic machine. Then, coupler front edge is bent on mandrel. Coupler rear edge is bent on profiling hoop. Coupler is formed into ring. Rear edge of said coupler is fitted into case. Coupler is tightened on mandrel. Tightening is eased and clamp is withdrawn by mechanical means. Semiautomatic machine comprises central axle, composite cylindrical bending hoop, mechanism to form coupler into C-like ring, worm revolving and actuator control mechanisms, coupler clamp front and rear edge bending mechanisms, screwdriver reverse mechanisms and assembled clamp withdrawal mechanisms. ^ EFFECT: higher quality and efficiency. ^ 2 cl, 14 dwg |
