FORECASTING APPARATUS FOR CARBON STEEL PIPE, FORECASTING METHOD THEREFOR AND RECORDING MEDIUM THEREOF

PURPOSE: Corrosion rate-forecasting apparatus is provided to calculate the weights of the corrosion rate about corrosion causing materials based on prescribed relation equation, thereby deriving the optimized value of corrosion rate. CONSTITUTION: Corrosion rate-forecasting apparatus comprises a diffusion flux calculation unit(10), an estimation value calculation unit(20), a weight calculation unit(30) and an optimal value calculation unit(40). The diffusion flux calculation unit calculates diffusion flux on the basis that convection current, mole diffusive and solid diffusion flux are same in steady-state. The estimation value calculation unit calculates estimated corrosion rate based on the calculated diffusion flux. The weight calculation unit calculates the weight of corrosion rate about corrosion causing material through the error minimization between the estimated corrosion rate and measured corrosion rate based on measured data. The optimal value calculation unit calculates the optimal value of corrosion rate by applying the calculated the weight of corrosion rate.
