PURPOSE: An opening and closing device of a breaker is provided to increase contact pressure of a movable contact maker and a fixed contact maker by transferring the movable contact maker through the rotation of the movable contact and elastic force of a main spring. CONSTITUTION: One end of a lever(500) is connected to a steering wheel(200). A movable contact part(300) comprises a movable contact maker(310) formed in one end. The other end of the movable contact part is the other end of the lever. The movable contact part is combined to a rotary shaft to be possible to rotate. A main spring(700) is combined to a case and the movable contact part in order to create elastic force in the movable contact part. A latch(800) is combined to the rotary shaft to be possible to rotate. The latch comprises a contact maintenance part which supports the contact between the other end of the lever and a lever contact part. A combination spring(900) is combined to the latch and the movable contact part.
