PURPOSE: A flat type device for inspecting parts and a control method, which can inspect both sides of the thrust washer in one equipment, are provided to inspect the crack of the flat type part. CONSTITUTION: A flat type device for inspecting parts comprises a alignment transfer part(110), a level inspection part(130), a first conveying part(210), a first image acquisition part(250), a first unloading part(270), a reverse part(310), a second conveying part(410), a second image acquisition part(450), a second unloading part(470), a loading part(510) and a control part(610). The first conveying part transfers the part. The first image acquisition part gets the image of the plane of the part first side. The first unloading part takes out the inferior product among the parts located in the first image acquisition part. The reverse part is turned inside out.
