PURPOSE: A noise eliminating device is provided to separate a noise mixed signal into several delayed signals as long as a time interval available for communication, thereby offsetting the signals. CONSTITUTION: A noise eliminating device(10) divides an input signal into three identical signals. The noise eliminating device delays one of the three signals for a predetermined time. The noise eliminating device delays another signal in the same way. The noise eliminating device performs phase inversion of another signal. The noise eliminating device passes through the other signal. The noise eliminating device combines the signals.
