PURPOSE: A gravure printing plate is provided to improve the surface flatness of a printed film by controlling the irregularity of transcription. CONSTITUTION: A gravure printing plate comprises multiple cells(28) and paste. The cells are formed in a picture part of an object and are divided by multiple first partitions(24) extended along a first direction and multiple second partitions(26) having the same height as the first partitions. The second partitions are at right angles to the first partitions. The paste is spread on the surface of the object.
