<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for improving assembly and radiation in an imaging element module incorporated in the distal end part of an endoscope. <P>SOLUTION: An endoscope apparatus includes: an imaging element 59 incorporated in the distal end part 17 of the endoscope and receiving incident light from a subject; a flexible circuit board 57 where the imaging element 59 and an imaging element driving circuit component 77, etc., are mounted and which is bent at a desired portion B1 and incorporated in the distal end part 17 of the endoscope; and a flexible board 88 for radiation, which is fitted to a plurality of slits arranged in parallel at the desired portion B1 of the circuit board 57, so as to have thermal contact, and whose one end has thermal contact with a structure object 61 inside the distal end part 17 of the endoscope. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
