<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scribing device in which the complicatedness of attaching and exchanging a chip is eliminated. <P>SOLUTION: A chip holder 60A includes: a chip 14 freely rotatably attached to the end; a hollow 62 formed in the shape of a ring over all the circumference of the outer peripheral surface part; and an operation bar 61A which projects from the side face. The chip holder 60A is intercalated in a holding hole part 72A while introducing the operation bar 61A into a bar introducing groove 71A of a holder attaching part 70A. When the operation bar 61A is pulled up to the topmost part of the bar introducing groove 71A, the hollow 62 of the chip holder 60A engages with an elastic member 73 of the holding hole part 72A, and the chip holder 60A is fixed to the holder attaching part 70A. Moreover, since, as for the operation bar 61A, the movement of a rotating direction is deterred at the bar introducing groove 71A, the chip holder 60A is correctly positioned within the holding hole part 72A of the holder attaching part 70A. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
