<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively restrain cooling of an oxidation catalyst and a filter arranged in an exhaust passage, by exhaust gas exhausted in no-load operation of an internal combustion engine, in an exhaust emission control device of the internal combustion engine. <P>SOLUTION: This exhaust emission control device includes the oxidation catalyst 20 arranged in the exhaust passage 14, a filter 21 arranged in the exhaust passage 14 on the downstream side of the oxidation catalyst 20 and collecting particulate matter in the exhaust gas, operation state detecting unit 22, 23 and 30 for detecting an operation state of the internal combustion engine 10, a bypass passage 15 connected to the downstream side of the filter 21 by branching off from the upstream side of the oxidation catalyst 20, and exhaust gas flow passage switching unit 16 and 30 for switching a flow passage of the exhaust gas to the bypass passage 15 in the no-load operation and switching the flow passage of the exhaust gas to the oxidation catalyst 20 and the filter 21 in the no-load operation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
