<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an explosive composition which has large explosion power, is excellent in water resistance and safety when is produced or handled, and does not dissolve, separate and float even under such a condition that water is present, and further, which has excellent ignition performance and water resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The explosive composition is obtained by mixing ammonium nitrate, fuel oil, and a resin dissolved or dispersed in an organic solvent in a weight ratio of (88 to 97):(2 to 7):(1 to 5).
