PURPOSE: A nucleic acid detection device is provided to irradiate uniform light to a sample and to improve illumination efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A nucleic acid detection device(10) comprises: a temperature conversion unit(100); at least one container(110) with light transmission containing the sample; a photo generator(200) which irradiates photo energy to the container through an optical fiber; a thermoelectric element block(100a) which contact a part of the container and has a through hole for transferring the photo energy; and an optical detection unit(300) for detecting fluorescence generated in the sample by the photo energy.
