PURPOSE: An automatic producing apparatus for fermented tea is provided to automate processes for producing the fermented tea includes withering, fixating, rolling, fermenting, and drying. CONSTITUTION: An automatic producing apparatus for fermented tea comprises the following: a fresh leaf storage container(110) for storing fresh tea leaves; a fermenter(120) fermenting the fresh tea leaves for generating the unique flavor and taste; an inlet container(130) firstly transferring the fresh tea leaves toward the fermenter from the fresh leaf storage container; an inclined container(140) secondly transferring the fresh tea leaves supplied from the inlet container toward the fermenter; a distribution container(150) distributing the fresh tea leaves to the fermenter; an electric heater(160) generating heat supplied to the fermenter; a blower(170) generating air for supplying the heat from the electric heater to the fermenter; a take-out conveyor(180) transferring the tea leaves from the fermenter for fixating; and a control touch panel(190) controlling a control program of the apparatus.
