<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary electric machine capable of reducing suction of air by a hydraulic pump discharging oil into a housing with a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: A rotor of an electric motor 1 is connected to an engine via a clutch device. A reservoir part 18 storing the oil is formed at a lower side in the motor housing 11. A strainer 19 projects into the reservoir part 18 from an outer peripheral wall 114 of the motor housing 11. The motor housing 11 covers the whole face of the strainer 19 and separates the strainer 19 from the reservoir part 18. A suction port 114a communicating a lower face of the strainer 19 with the reservoir part 18 is formed in a part covering the strainer 19 of the motor housing 11. The oil in the reservoir part 18, which passes the suction port 114a, passes through the strainer 19, is sucked by the hydraulic pump 17, is discharged into the motor housing 11 and functions as hydraulic oil releasing connection of the clutch device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
