PURPOSE: A stretching and bending machine is provided to complete bending of an extruded pipe through a single process by two- and three-dimensionally stretching and bending the extruded material on a bending mold. CONSTITUTION: A stretching and bending machine(1) comprises a stretching part(10) and a bending part(20). The stretching part clamps one end of a material(30) and stretches the material by driving a stretching cylinder(11). The bending part clamps the other end of the material and two-dimensionally stretches and bends the material by rotating the material with a bending mold(21), and then three-dimensionally stretches and bends the material according to the surface shape of a product by tilting the bending mold in a set direction.
