PURPOSE: A veranda-type balcony structure of an apartment is provided to ensure an environmentally-friendly indoor space since an expandable balcony and an attic-type balcony are formed on one floor, so a small garden or a vegetable garden can be made using the expandable balcony. CONSTITUTION: A veranda-type balcony structure of an apartment is as follows. The ceiling of one part of a balcony space becomes higher to form an expandable balcony(110), which is higher than the floor of the upper floor. An attic-type balcony(120) is formed on the upper floor of a floor with the expandable balcony. Both the expandable balcony and the attic-type balcony are formed on one floor and the balconies exchange their positions every floor.
