摘要 <p>The method involves acquiring a series of synthetic aperture radar type images of a target at a board of a carrier. The images are exploited for measuring a distance and Doppler of the target from each image. A path is optimized for optimizing performances of an estimation filter i.e. extended Kalman filter. A precise position of the carrier and a speed bias are estimated from the measurement of the distance and the Doppler of the filter.</p>
