<p>PURPOSE: A transfer system is provided to control a specific transfer unit according to the state of other transfer units and avoid the problem. CONSTITUTION: A transfer system comprises a ventilation type support device, a thrust supply device, and a control device(H). The ventilation type support device supports a transferred object(2) while not being contacted by ventilating air toward the lower part of the transferred object. The thrust supply device supplies the thrust to a transferring direction with respect to the transferred object supported by the ventilation type supported. The control device controls the transfer unit according to the state of one or more other transfer units.</p> |
