PURPOSE: A system for fabricating solid fuel based on waste vinyl and a method for fabricating the solid fuel using the same are provided to improve the recycling efficiency of waste resources. CONSTITUTION: A system for fabricating solid fuel based on waste vinyl includes a vibration conveyor(100), a pulverizer(200), a drying separator(300), a separating hopper(400), and a shaping unit(500). The vibration conveyor applies vibration to waste vinyl such that impurities are dropped from the waste vinyl to the lower side of the conveyor. The pulverizer pulverizes the waste vinyl without non-combustible materials, and the sizes of the pulverized materials are in a range between 100 and 200mm. The drying separator eliminates moisture from the waste vinyl and impacts the waste vinyl based on hot air to eliminate impurities from the waste vinyl. Dust is scattered by being collided to a separating plate in the separating hopper. A blocking plate is installed at the upper side of the separating hopper to prevent the scattering of waste vinyl with scattering dust. |
