PURPOSE: A high-strength yarn complex with an H-beam shape and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve corrosion-resistance against salt. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a high-strength yarn complex with an H-beam shape is as follows. A part(F1) of high-strength yarn(F) is vertically extended, bent in a right direction, horizontally extended, downward bent, and vertically extended. The other part(F2) of the high-strength yarn is vertically extended, bent in a left direction, horizontally extended, downward bent, and vertically extended. A thermosetting resin is put into the high-strength yarn and is hardened.
