PURPOSE: A welding robot having a guide device is provided to ensure stable movement as a pinion of a guide ring gear member engaged with a guide ring rack of a guide ring member. CONSTITUTION: A welding robot comprises a guide ring member(100). The guide ring member comprises a guide ring fixing part(110) which is formed along the circumferential surface of a pipe(10), a chain rod part(120) which is formed on one end of the guide ring fixing part and has grooves formed around the exterior surface of the guide ring fixing part, a pipe attachment part(130) which is formed on one end of the chain rod part and has an opening groove opened outward, and a guide ring rack part(140) which is formed the exterior of the other end of the pipe attachment part and has a rack to be engaged with a pinion.
