FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly addictology, psychotherapy. Psychotherapy consisting of three parts - introductory, therapeutic and completion - is performed. The introductory part involves sublingual administration of biotredin or glycin, and group sessions of rational psychotherapy with the participation of the patient and his relatives if they attend the patient. It is followed by sessions of the three-step therapeutic part which is performed with a music background in the participation of the patients only. The first step involves a non-directive method to entrance the patients who are suggested to thick of their life journeys starting from temperance to the onset, and then progression of regular alcohol consumption. At the second step, a psychotherapist uses neurolinguistic programming techniques to make the patient to be conscious of a dissociative state, and then enables association and formation of perceptual unity. The third stage implies using the non-directive method to entrance the patients that is accompanied by metaphoric suggestion of positive and constructive personality development induced by the psychotherapist. The completion part includes individual sessions with each patient who is promptly slightly entranced to specify a period of time suggested for temperance; said temperance period is shown in a contract form; the psychotherapist massages acupuncture points, and the patient signs the contract. ^ EFFECT: method enables to overcome physical and emotional discomfort and/or to solve psychological problems in individuals either alcohol dependent, or tending to alcohol abuse. ^ 8 cl, 2 ex |
