SYSTEM TO SEPERATE IRON FORM WASTE TIRE BY HIGH-PRESSURE AIR INJECTION

PURPOSE: System for separating iron core from waste tire is provided to absolutely remove rubber and fiber thread without iron core by injecting high-pressure air during transferring a waste tire rubber chip through a conveyor belt including a magnet. CONSTITUTION: System for separating iron core from waste tire comprises: a step of cutting waste tire to chip size; a step of crushing the waste tire rubber chip to micro particle in a pulverizer; a step of removing fiber thread and rubber powder generated from the waste tire rubber chip by a dust collector; a step of crushing waste tire rubber chip to micro particle; a step of transferring the crushed waste tire rubber chip through a conveyor belt including a magnet; a step of removing fiber thread and rubber without iron core which is affected by magnetic force, by injecting high-pressure air to the waste tire rubber chip of micro particles; and a step of correcting residue iron core.
