PURPOSE: A cell therapeutic agent containing human mesenchymal stem cells, hyalronic acid, and tricalcium phosphate is provided to produce a large amount of homozygous stem cells. CONSTITUTION: A cell therapeutic agent for reconstructing bone contains human mesenchymal stem cells, hyaluronic acid, and tricalcium phosphate. The human mesenchymal stem cells are isolated from umbilical cord, umbilical cord blood, or placental tissue. The human mesenchymal stem cells are differentiated into bone cells within 1-7 days. The human mesenchymal stem cells are contained in 10^6 cells/defect size to 10^8 cells/defect size. The hyaluronic acid is crosslinked using 1,4-butanediol glycidyl ether.
