<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mouse device capable of avoiding impairing of operability and use feeling, even if the mouse device has a constitution using a rotary type power generator. <P>SOLUTION: A mouse device 100 includes: an eccentric disk 110 having a rotating surface disposed to be substantially parallel with a mouse operation surface; a non-eccentric disk 120; a clutch part 130 constituted to switch whether a rotary shaft 112 of the eccentric disk 110 is connected to or disconnected from a rotary shaft 121 of the non-eccentric disk 120; a brake part 140 constituted to switch whether or not rotation of the eccentric disk 110 is braked; and a power generator 150 for generating power by receiving rotating force of the non-eccentric disk 120.
