PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To have no effect on the side opposite to the slit formation side of a wall body at the time of slit formation; and disconnect the binding between a wall and a column so as to increase column deformability.

SOLUTION: A slit is formed in a rectangular shape, and a remaining wall thickness of the slit portion is set to be not more than twice the slit width. More preferably, the remaining wall thickness of the slit portion is not more than one time the slit width. Moreover, even if a wall body 10 is cut by round saw teeth 20 and an R surface remains in a inner end of the slit, it is suitable if the remaining wall thickness of the portions other than the R surface is not more than one time the slit width.
